A JOB THAT MATTERS : YOUR TASKS
As a field service engineer for dormakaba you will visit clients across a specific area within the Southern Region dependant on your location, serviceing and repairing automatic, manual and industrial doors, and various other products from the dormakaba, and other manufacturers’ ranges. The role does involve an on-call rota (between 1 in 4 and 1 in 8, subject to vacancy levels) which you will have a standby payment and overtime as required.
We are keen to speak to you if you are an experienced door engineer based in London & the South East, the home counties, the M4 or M4 Corridors, including Reading, Newbury, Swindon, Slough, Oxford, High Wycombe and surrounding, and down to Bath & Bristol.

EXPERIENCE THAT MATTERS : YOUR SKILLS
To be considered you will need to demonstrate:
- Previously worked as a field service engineer in the auto or industrial door sector with the ability to maintain and service either auto doors, industrial doors or various other products within the sector. Consideration may given to those from the automatic gate and barrier industry.
- You are IT literate with the ability to use tablet, phone or app based reporting and customer portals.
- Have the flexibility to cover on call arrangements as required
- Have a full UK driving licence
