Responsibilities
As a Technical Planner, you will be responsible for rolling out proactive Continuous Improvement cases to the local teams prepared from a technical perspective, this includes:
- Prioritization of forecast for tools/spare parts
- Challenge end dates for proactive Continuous Improvement cases
- Support the validation of downtime with specific focus on CIM candidates
- Daily communication with technicians, service planners, technical planners, and customer group
- Continuous improvement, including proactive search for areas for improvement, as well as strategic and long-term approach to planning future tasks
Qualifications
- Solid experience with technical planning or similar technical position with focus on technical specifications, documentation, and reporting
- Experience and interest in optimization and improvements of workflow and processes
- Technical qualified technician or engineer (e.g., mechanical, production or high voltage)
- Good IT skills and experience with SAP/Salesforce or similar tools
Competencies
- Understanding of new technology, and interest in diving into technical documentation
- Good communication skills both oral and in writing
- Curious and willing to seek information through others to learn and understand various aspect of our department
- Ability to evaluate and identify trends
- Self-driven, structured, and solution-oriented
- Ability to think clearly in a time-sensitive setting, as well as the ability to handle varying workloads
