In this role, you will utilize your technical expertise to collaborate with sales, insights, and flavorists and provide taste/texture solutions aligned with segment strategy and client needs. Your key responsibilities
- Actively participate on technical selling team to develop strategic relationships and customer intimacy
- Project management: Manage briefs and champion required actions to meet project objectives, participate in work sessions with clients and deliver presentations in a technical capacity to clients as needed
- Develop savory and bakery application bases and create new concepts to showcase dsm-firmenich dairy flavors, ingredients, technologies, and innovations
- Manage/coordinate flavor applications and associated technical support of diverse project initiatives across the food category
- Leverage technical knowledge in terms of flavors, ingredients, formulations, and processes relating to savory and bakery, while establishing and maintaining a network of working relationships within the technical community
- Maintain knowledge of client’s strategies, brands and products

You bring
- 7 years’ experience with Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science/Science/Science Technology or equivalent.
- 5+ years’ with Master's Degree industry/flavor experience working in the beverage category.
- Demonstrated technical track record in flavor applications, ingredient expertise and beverage product development.
- Ability to travel to customers in North America ~10-20%.
