OPEX & Systems Improvement Manager - North America Region
(Remote - Work from Home - US Based)
The OPEX & Systems Improvement Manager - North America Region owns and drives the continuous improvement system (DICI), lean initiatives, processes and systems. Builds continuous improvement capability of ANH NA personnel and implements DSM CI best practices to drive value generation (Deliver 2% YoY savings through DICI and Lean).

Key Responsibilities:
- Owns DICI system and application in the region
- Ensures LEAN elements and standards are implemented on site level
- Drives training programs for DICI (e.g. shop floor training, 5S)
- Deliver CI savings each year based on approved regional budget and global savings targets
- Capture and monitor value generation for the sites and the region
- Champion of Lean Leadership and leads the development of other employees to achieve Lean and Six Sigma certifications.
- Lead problem solving teams and kaizen events to improve operating performance
- Leads CI projects such that objectives and milestones are met, within agreed budget and timing, utilizing the Lean Six Sigma methodology.

You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in appropriate discipline required.
- 3+ years' of Manufacturing experience in Plant, IP or other Engineering Environment.
- Experience in Manufacturing preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma experience preferred.
- Project Management Skills preferred.
