Site Manager
Location: Arcadia, WI

Site Manager directs manufacturing operations through a team of functional managers and front-line team leads. You will ensure increasing levels of customer and employee satisfaction while improving the efficiency of manpower, materials and machines. You are responsible for the safety of the operation and site personnel and ensuring quality is built into all finished products. You’ll report directly to the Director Operations Nutritional Lipids.

Your key responsibilities
- Deliver the manufacturing plan of the business group/business unit, to ensure production and delivery of products in line with agreed planning and specifications
- Monitor the execution of the site manufacturing plan and take corrective actions to achieve agreed objectives
- Identify and analyze potential operational and SHE risks, give recommendations and implement countermeasures to meet established objectives

You bring
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Plant Manager and/or Production Unit Operations manager required
- Strong “safety first” mindset and ability to create and maintain a strong safety culture
- Team leadership and ability to drive results
- Leadership experience in a GMP biotech/pharmaceutical/ food environment preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required
