Join our dynamic team as an Account Associate, role reporting directly to the Associate Director of North America New Business Development where you will play a central role in supporting all New Business projects and accounts to drive growth for the Fine Fragrance category. As a key member, you will support new business brands, ensuring seamless alignment with production milestones and timelines. Your key responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of New Business accounts, ensuring alignment with production milestones, budgets, and timelines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with diverse teams, including Sampling, Regulatory, Pricing Office, Quality, Supply Chain and Customer Service.
- Exhibit excellent networking skills and maintain strong successful, long-term business relationships with clients and vendors.
- Displays a “can-do” attitude able to assist in multiple tasks from sampling, administration, organize meetings and provide back-up support to Account Managers
- Stay current with new trends and brands on the market and work creatively on proactive ideas, strategies, and marketing materials.
- Driven to proactively scout new business through cold calling, attending events & tradeshows, and outreach on external platforms.

You bring
- Associate Degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of 2 years administrative experience.
- Exceptional organizational skills, detail-oriented, and willing to work independently on tasks.
- Excellent administrative skills including MS Office suite and can easily adopt to working with various computer systems and tools.
- Strong communication skills
- Has an entrepreneurial spirit and results-oriented mindset focusing on project-wins, proactivity and willing to learn new areas for improvement.
