Supply Chain Engineer

Waukesha, WI (Hybrid)

 

It is the objective of the Global Demand & Supply Chain Management department of TTH Ingredient Solutions (TTH-IS) to contribute to our customers’ success by reliably supplying a portfolio of relevant goods and services, thus keeping their business growing and running, whatever happens. Safe, high-quality, efficient supply chain processes need to deliver that objective at lowest possible cost and cash for sustainable success. Designing new and improving existing physical and digital supply chain processes is what we consider “supply chain engineering”. Everybody in our organization plays a role in ensuring we continuously improve our ways of working. As Supply Chain Engineer, you are part of a global Supply Chain Engineering team that acts as driving force for the larger supply chain optimizations. You run a selection of these projects and initiatives. You analyze performance, identify new opportunities, create business cases to help set priorities, manage the projects, and help to implement and monitor progress.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Based on your performance analyses and insights, you identify and manage improvement projects of TTH-IS’ physical and digital supply chain processes.
  • You act as project manager, bringing the right functional capabilities, project management skills, and continuous improvement expertise to successfully identify and implement changes in the end-to-end supply chain.
  • You contribute to the strategic process and digital supply chain roadmaps.
  • Promote our continuous improvement culture and continuously develop your own and the supply chain community’s Lean Six Sigma competencies and project management skills, while interacting with colleagues of different cultures and functions.

You Bring:

 

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or similar proven experience in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years’ experience in SCM process improvement roles or equivalent, coupled with a proficiency in using the latest (digital) tooling for analytics, automation, and process improvements.
  • Lean Six Sigma experience preferred.
  • Warehousing and/or logistics experience preffered.
  • SAP and Warehouse Management System experience preferred.
  • You are a conceptual out-of-the box thinker, challenge the status-quo, and at the same time drive implementation, execution, and continuous improvement. This shows in your project management skills and your hands-on proactive attitude.
  • As a strong team player, you feel energized by bridging various teams and disciplines throughout the organization to achieve your goals.
