Seasonal Stock Controller M/F - Harrods at Moncler

Job Descrption
We are looking for candidates with strong organisational skills to support all aspects of back-of-house operations during the peak season.
Responsibilities and tasks:
• Organise and maintain stockroom efficiently, monitor product rotations, new arrivals and changes, enabling sales team to have all the information to perform an effective level of service to clients
• Deal with product replenishment and stock activities, managing stock cyclic counts, inventories and stock room maintenance
• Ensure counts are regularly conducted and any discrepancies are reported to your line manager
• Participate in all necessary operation activities to ensure store efficiency
• Ensure that company policies, procedures and standards are adhered to at all times
• Actively cooperate during the preparation and execution of inventories
• Support all colleagues in charge of... administrative activities
The ideal candidate:
• Proven experience in a similar role; experience in structured fashion luxury/retail companies or warehouse operations is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong planning, organisational and time management skills
• You will have a methodical approach with good attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Digitally aware and open to new ways of working, flexible to best practices for the business
