Business Development Manager Digital Solutions West/Southwest
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will build relationships with key customers as defined by the influence and/or revenue impact within the Regional boundaries. The BDM will understand and recommend all Bayer Radiology Digital Solutions offers to these customers as well as identify opportunities to expand business through new products and increased utilization. The BDM will establish a comprehensive Business Plan aimed at navigating a System by penetrating the top influencing Stakeholders impacting Radiology decision processes/purchases, as well as at the VP level where appropriate.
The BDM will have primary responsibility for landing new accounts, and collaborate with account teams including Technical Sales, Customer Success, and Fulfillment to manage the customer journey transitions from Land, to Adoption, Expansion and Renewal. The BDM will work closely with the US Heads of Sales, and Marketing as well as Product Management, to support development of campaigns and product roadmaps

This position is field based and will cover a fourth of the US including Oregon, Wyoming, Washington, Colorado, Idaho, California, South Dakota and North Dakota.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary of between $154,000 to $192,000. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
