Job Summary
Responsible for HR administrative and event-day support for check-in/check-out of food and beverage employees, restaurant partners, nonprofit groups, and temp workers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must maintain a positive attitude and a smile in a fast-paced game day environment.
- Assist with orientations and new hire paperwork.
- Assist management staff in preparing confidential employment and labor relations documents, including but not limited to proposed disciplinary notices.
- Assist with staffing, including finding staff when employees call out on short notice.
- Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, school personnel, administrators, students and Supervisor.
- Complete and maintain accurate and up to date records in order to stay compliant with state and federal laws and Levy policies.
- Assist with game day duties including wrist-banding, handing out uniforms, monitoring different stations, and checking in and out all team members.
- Attend in-service and/or safety meetings as required.
- Maintain clean and safe work environment; ability to perform job safely.
- Skilled in Canva, Smartsheets, and Microsoft functions like Excel, Word, and Outlook a plus.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
