Job Summary
Summary: Full time position. Receives and consolidates cash and checks. Prepares for the daily bank deposit. Maintains records of daily cash receipts and transactions. Hours will be dynamic and vary outside of traditional business hours based on events schedule. Weekend and late night availability during major shows is a requirement.
Long Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages and schedules vault employees and security personnel
- Works with operations team to determine event cash needs
- Prepares daily bank deposit in timely manner for armored car pick-up
- Inventories daily deposits from cashiers and bartenders; reports immediately to Controller any missing deposits or discrepancies between cash drops and actual deposits
- Audits, reconciles, and collects funds from 3rd party vendors
- Ensures sufficient funds are available for daily operation; prepares and distributes daily cashier funds and provides change
- Archives monthly reports for storage
