Executive Assistant to Head of Global Account Management, Sales
Fitch Solutions is currently seeking an Executive Assistant based out of our London office.
The prospective candidate will be joining the busy Sales Division, providing dedicated EA support to the Head of Global Account Management, and adhoc support to the Sales Senior Management Team. This candidate will also support the Head of HR for Fitch Solutions on an adhoc basis.

We’ll Count on You To:
- Diary management & meeting arrangements across different time zones, managing an ever-changing calendar and handling last minute requests
- Event management – Town Halls, Strategy Days, Offsites, Sales Kick Off, Winners Circle trip, Team Building, Volunteer Days
- Support Head of GAM and Senior Management Team with travel, expenses, standing document updates (org chart, onboarding), presentation formatting, contract/document signing/editing, courier arrangements, ordering business cards, client meeting room arrangements etc
- Support for senior staff visiting from other offices
What You Need to Have:
- Experience at EA or Senior PA level within a professional services environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (word/excel/outlook). Concur is also desirable
What Would Make You Stand Out:
- Proactive, thinking ahead attitude with good organization and communication skills
- Strong ability to prioritise workload, work under pressure and be confident in managing expectations in order to meet deadlines
