HRIS Senior Associate

Fitch Group is currently seeking an HRIS Senior Associate based out of our London or Manchester office Location.

Fitch’s Human Resources function directly supports Fitch Ratings, Fitch Learning and Fitch Solutions globally. The HRIS team being part of HR, currently manage the SuccessFactors suite of modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruitment, Compensation, LMS, Succession and Mobile).  and integrations to third-party platforms to support HR processes.

 

This primarily role covers support, maintenance and configuration of the Employee Central (EC) module within HRIS, with the expectation of other module support when required.

We’ll Count on You To:

 

  • Take ownership of providing end to end user support, troubleshooting and resolving any errors or problems within EC
  • Configuration of EC to meet business needs (such as business rules, workflows, object configuration), including managing system projects end to end
  • Manage and support of the Time Management processes
  • Assist with the system configuration and launch of annual performance cycle
  • Work with our technical support partner where required
  • Maintain the configuration workbook, SOPs and end user training materials

 

What You Need to Have:

  • Strong working knowledge of the Employee Central module SuccessFactors (including Time Management)
  • Work proactively to develop process and solution changes
  • Strong attention to detail and extremely well-organized
  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating an ability to work well with teams & stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
  • Self-motivated and able to work under limited supervision
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise a high level of discretion
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and able to create well formatted documents

  • SuccessFactors Module implementation experience
