Summary Responsible for the verification of product received, stored or shipped by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Verifies paperwork to insure checkers have performed their duties correctly.
- Insures the product is in compliance with all HACCP policies upon receipt or shipment.
- Ability to work in temps ranging from zero to minus twenty degrees Fahrenheit.
- Up-stacking or down-stacking of product for storage, loading and inventories must be able to lift up to 75lbs.
- Passes all requirements to be a PIE operator for OK Foods.
- This is a safety sensitive position.

Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
