Could you be the full-time Training Coordinator in PLYMOUTH we’re looking for? 

 

Your future role


Take on a new challenge and apply your coordination/administration expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Head of Product and Service Delivery, and work alongside our Service Support Engineers, Service Account Manager and Sales teams to build and coordinate a pipeline of training for the Alstom Product and Service Business. 

 

We’ll look to you for:

 

  • Ensuring professional delivery of training needs by following internal processes, standards and tools appropriate for planning and deployment of the training as per our business requirements. 
  • You should be adaptable and be able to work across all levels of the business, interfacing with key stakeholders both internal and external.
  • You must have an eye for detail to ensure you have a view of the training requirements. 
  • You'll work closely with our projects teams customers and external partners to coordinate Day-to-day training needs and ensure smooth planning and execution of the training requirements.

  • You’ll specifically take care of Managing training requests and schedules as per the business requirement from the Alstom UK&I Projects and our UK Customers.
