Your future role: 

 

The Alstom Services Engineering is expanding rapidly, and the teams are growing making it a great time to join our expanding team and business as part of your career plan. The Continuous Improvement Manager is a key role to lead APSYS for Crewe and the Parts, Overhaul & Modernisation portfolio

 

We’ll look to you for to:

 

  • Lead Right First Time processes

  • Involve all employees in Continuous Improvement activities

  • Animate improvement initiatives at all satges of the Value Chain

  • Define Monitor all continious improvements

  • Undergo analyses/studies in any part of the organisation (Crewe)

  • Coordinate and ensure consistency in budget preperation

  • Good CI experience
  • Good Anlytical Experience
  • Significant experience in Project Management or Procurement
  • Advanced knowledge of Procurement process and tools
  • Fluent English with international mindset
  • Strong interpersonal & leadership skills 
  • Resilient, pragmatic and solution oriented 
  • A Continuous Improvement/ Kaizen background and/or experience in audit would also be desirable
