The Alstom Services Engineering is expanding rapidly, and the teams are growing making it a great time to join our expanding team and business as part of your career plan. The Continuous Improvement Manager is a key role to lead APSYS for Crewe and the Parts, Overhaul & Modernisation portfolio
We’ll look to you for to:
Lead Right First Time processes
Involve all employees in Continuous Improvement activities
Animate improvement initiatives at all satges of the Value Chain
Define Monitor all continious improvements
Undergo analyses/studies in any part of the organisation (Crewe)
Coordinate and ensure consistency in budget preperation
