About the Role
Following a new business win, we are building a new team here at MG, working in partnership with a large retail and services client to deliver sophisticated data-led media solutions.
At MG we pride ourselves on our use of creativity to deliver advantage for our clients and this role is an opportunity to do just that through the smart application of data and alongside a fantastic team and ambitious clients in Halfords.
As the Performance Account Director, you will take responsibility for leading the day-to-day output of the Performance team; demonstrating clear, forward thinking planning with focused attention on forecasting and delivering targets across all performance channels.
Beyond targets, you will be responsible for elevating the Halfords learning & measurement agenda through innovative testing and first to market thinking.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong digital performance knowledge across Paid Search, SEO, Programmatic Display & Paid Social.
- Fluency in media planning tools designed to enhance flighting, phasing and weighting of campaigns.
- Exceptional communication skills
- A naturally collaborative and established relationships with media partners
