We are currently looking for a talented Paid Social Manager to join our dynamic Philips team.
About the Role
As a Paid Social Manager, you will guide the planning, implementation, and optimization of paid social campaigns across the full funnel. You will work closely with the senior manager to develop strategies that align with Philips's business objectives, develop a testing agenda, support innovation, and showcase thinking outside the box.
We seek a strong and confident communicator who can lead a team of six off-shore paid social specialists and support the senior manager in day-to-day operations and client communications.
This role is lighter on activation with a stronger focus on strategic thinking, project, and team management.
About You
- Strong knowledge of Paid Social advertising marketplace, particularly upper-funnel practices across Meta, TikTok and Pinterest.
- Up to date with social channels and proactively recommends new ways of thinking for our work.
- Experience with managing people and mentoring more junior members of the team.
- Responsible for ensuring that the work delivered by the team is cohesive and meets quality standards.
- Confident communicator with good presentation skills.
- Good data analysis and insights skills are essential.
- Experience working across international accounts preferred but not essential.
- Experience working with influencer content preferred but not essential.
