A recent organisational restructure and consolidation of their product portfolio has moved the responsibility of strategy and planning centrally for Global Brands. It is an incredibly exciting time, and the Global Strategy Director will be in the privileged position of driving OMG’s role in this transformation.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for an all-round Strategy Director, an individual able to apply modern and innovative thinking to all aspects of our work from breakthrough media ideas to the rigour with which we build our media plans.
The successful candidate will be a natural people person who thrives working collaboratively with others and taking a ‘workshop’ approach to building global strategies. In order to ensure a high quality and consistency of work in all markets, this role requires strategic thinking to made operational through the creation of documentation such as frameworks, toolkits and playbooks.
The successful candidate will be comfortable designing processes and using a range of tools, technology and techniques to craft modern media strategies.
