Summary of Your Role


OMD are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Affiliate Executive ready to move to the next level in their career to work and learn within a vibrant Affiliate team, delivering activity for a brand that’s household name in retail fashion. The role is focused on support of  the day-to-day affiliate activity. Working alongside the Affiliate Manager, you will be your clients’ key day-to-day contact, responsible for planning & activating activity for our client and evolving the performance strategy that will help deliver their business objectives. You will also have the guidance of an Account Director working closely with you. 


Your responsibilities as an Affiliate Executive will  also be to support the following:
Daily support of Affiliate campaigns; continuously plan, implement and report on these campaigns.
Work with your team to coordinate campaign strategies for the channel which include building and managing relationships with Publishers.
Support the management of daily client expectations, learning to manage your workload with multiple deliverables.
Help optimise campaigns towards set objectives and demonstrate the ability to be innovative.
Continuously recommend new ideas/strategies/tactics and implement them for the client’s benefit.
Create presentations and remain interested in the client’s business objectives and strategy.

Specific skills related to this role. This role requires a good strategic understanding of affiliate marketing and its landscape

  • Strong organisation, task management and prioritisation
  • Good Excel competency  and ability to process large data
  • You will be primarily responsible for supporting on the affiliate activity, building strong relationships with both the clients and affiliate partners to ensure the smooth running of the account.  Therefore, strong communication, attention to details and organisational skills are essential in this role.
  • You will have a keen sense of commercial awareness employed on behalf of your clients to continually optimise media and will have a keen inquisitive nature to constantly evolve your knowledge of the partners and technologies that exist, in order to deliver a best-in-class affiliate program.
  • Knowledge & expertise
  • Be up to date on affiliate marketing trends, developing an opinion on major industry developments within digital media and more broadly in relation to your client’s vertical
  • You will have a minimum of 1+ years’ experience working on affiliate programs either from Agency, Network, Publisher, or Client Side. You would be joining a team of affiliate specialists that can apply transferrable optimisation and management skills across a portfolio of clients to ultimately deliver the best performance against their core KPI’s.
