About the Role

As the Operations Director you will play a critical role within the client team to ensure we are delivering operational excellence in the UK for OMD’s biggest client. Whilst this role is about delivering operational and financial best practice, it’s also about making the client experience of OMD as efficient and stress-free as possible.
You will be the lead across our financial process and delivery, man marking a key client and ensuring best practice on Commercial Consistency is upheld across the team through regular monitoring and team training. You will also help manage internal communications with our global stakeholders and take responsibility for embedding any new directives within the UK team.
We want you to bring some creative thinking to solving bottle necks and process niggles, so that we can all benefit from more time for great thinking and great work. This will include finding ways to automate manual processes – working closely with members of OMD UK’s ATOM team (Automation, Technology, Operations and Measurement). Your role will be a blend of troubleshooting issues, creating new ideas and building a strong rapport with both internal teams and key clients.
