Your Role: As the Production Planning Lead, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the efficient flow of products through our Livingston facility. Your responsibilities include supervising and supporting a team of planners and schedulers to ensure alignment between production schedules, inventory targets, and customer demands. You'll monitor finished inventory and work-in-progress levels, utilising data analysis for monthly and annual forecasting while facilitating communication channels related to product realisation. Identifying opportunities for process enhancements, collaborating closely with customer services departments, and leading a high-performance team of supply chain professionals are also integral aspects of this role.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, supply chain, business administration, or related relevant experiment
- Planning or forecasting certification preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain or planning roles.
- Proficiency in Oracle and/or SAP systems preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with a track record of team development.
- Strong aptitude for developing and implementing complex planning and forecasting systems.
