Your role: 

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our team in Glasgow. You will be responsible for administration functions to assist the Operations teams e.g., logging of scientific data into a database, data archiving and updating document templates in line with regulatory requirements and company policies/procedures.

 
Who you are:

  • You will have a GCSE (or equivalent) or above in English
  • Previous experience in an administration role (preferred)
  • You must be proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication as well as organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Logical in thought with strong attention to detail
  • Analytical approach to problem solving and decision making
