About the role
Here at United Living our refurbishment team is growing and we are on the lookout for a Senior Contracts Manager to come and join us. We are looking for candidates that have experience of working within a main contractor on residential refurbishment projects. Our ideal candidate will already be a Manager managing multiple sites up to the value of £10-£15million.
Our commercial and operational teams are integrated to ensure that we offer best value and service to our clients. Procurement will be a major part of the role, including negotiating packages of work with our subcontractors and supply chain partners.
