New Homes - As experienced and specialist new build housing contractors, we create homes and regenerate areas with communities in mind. We work collaboratively with registered partners, local authorities, and private developers to provide high quality, energy efficient, and sustainable homes for people to live and grow.
Connected - We connect people through fixed-line and wireless telecom infrastructure, ensuring seamless communication and access to information for all. At United Living, we have one of the largest specialist in-house teams for project management, acquisition, design, construction, and maintenance in the UK.
Ensure all measures for all contractors are sent in a timely manner and correct for the CVR.
· Update the CVR daily to ensure accurate reporting of daily revenue.
· Ensure all daily measures are supported with marked up drawings and evidence photos and record the measures on to a master drawing for each NBU including all tube installation, A55’s and all OH/UG DP Brackets and Mobras.
· Manage the 48 hour supervisor job closure process and make sure all measures from the field match the measures on the daily measure tracker.
· Assist the QC Manager with managing and observing quality of works
· Assist all operation and commercial teams with the pricing of planned quantities for CPP once all drawings are signed off by the client.
· File creation and maintenance - electronic and hard copy
· Attend calls and meetings when required via Teams or face to face.
· Raise Purchase Orders (POs) for approval, invoicing.
· General Support Administration as requested by manager
· Any other duties assigned to support the GBC project team
