New Homes - As experienced and specialist new build housing contractors, we create homes and regenerate areas with communities in mind. At United Living, we have one of the largest specialist in-house teams for project management, acquisition, design, construction, and maintenance in the UK.
We are looking to expand our commercial teams and are looking for a talented individual to join us as a Commercial Support.
As a Commercial Support, you will assist the Quantity Surveyor. Your responsibilities will include updating the internal finance and commercial system daily, raising invoices on client online portals, and reviewing queries on invoices from both internal teams and Clients.
• Has a sound financial and commercial mindset
• Good level of IT skills including excel, and other Microsoft packages
• Adept at manipulating client tools/reports on a regular basis
• Business Central skills are advantageous
