Job Description
A Senior Quantity Surveyor to help provide the full range of commercial support for our framework contract with Northumbrian Water including the preparation and submission of valuations, the identification, pricing and agreement of compensation events, agreement of final accounts, costing new schemes and supporting the preparation of regular cost value reconciliations, formal budgets and quarterly forecasts and monitoring revenue and cost in real time.
Qualifications
At least ten to 15 years experience working for a major construction contractor, ideally within the utilities. Knowledge and previous experience of the installation and maintenance of clean water networks will be of particular advantage.
