Job Summary
To assist in the overall experience of our Resort, Public and Member golfing guests. This multi-faceted position includes a wide range of duties which require superior customer service skills.
Responsibilities
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to work flexible hours and work weekends and holidays.
- Hours of operations are dependent upon time of year and business levels.
- Candidate must be focused on customer service skills and ability to grow and develop with facility.
- Position is designed to provide a hands on, dedicated approach to all guests and guests’ needs.
- Ability to work cooperatively with staff, management and guests.
- Communication, organizational and time management skills are a must.
- Must be dedicated to the success of the facility.
- Normal vision and hearing ranges required.
- Must be able to fluently speak and write the English language.
- High School education or its equivalent.
- Prior experience in golf operations is a plus.
- Must have basic computer skills.
- Must have good telephone skills and customer relation / communication skills.
- Must be able to accurately handle monetary transactions.
- Positive interpersonal skills required.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting our golfing guests upon their arrival and departure from Lookout Mountain Golf Club.
- Properly store all golf bags and golf cars.
- Prepare and breakdown of the practice facility.
- Provide an environment for an outstanding golf experience.
- Maintain the highest level of integrity with the company, customers and fellow employees.
- Hold yourself, your supervisors and your co-workers to the highest standards.
- Present a clean, neat and professional appearance.
- Assist with Tournament operations and set-up.
- Golf Car and equipment maintenance.
- Understand and comply with all applicable health regulations.
- Display a team-member respectful attitude.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Represent Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort and Lookout Mountain Golf Club with professional behavior.
