Our Total Rewards team is looking for an ambitious and organized compensation professional who thrives in fast-paced high-growth environments, enjoys managing projects and supporting HR colleagues.
Reporting to the Director of Total Rewards in Corporate HR, this exciting opportunity will manage global compensation programs and systems!
What you will do:
Salary Administration & Short-Term Incentives – Coordinate annual salary increase program and bonus plans end-to-end – in collaboration with global human resources business partners, HRIS, finance and payroll teams. Manage annual schedule, steer global human resources business partners, prepare salary budget proposals, prepare compensation planning system/module in SuccessFactors, and maintain program materials. Gather feedback on process improvements and drive continuous improvement.
Equity & Long-Term Incentives – Coordinate global Long-Term Incentive Programs & Global Employee Share Purchase Program end-to-end – in collaboration with corporate finance and treasury teams. Manage annual cycle planning, day-to-day administration, program materials and project management of enhancements.
Ad Hoc Compensation Analysis – Assist with building compensation metrics, reports, and tools to inform compensation decisions. Research market practices, emerging trends, and legal compliance in total rewards. Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
What you will need:
Education:
Post-Secondary Degree / Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or similar field required
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and/or Global Renumeration Professional (GRP) designation or working towards considered an asset
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Compensation Analyst, Total Rewards Specialist, Human Resources Analyst, or similar role in a global organization
Advanced MS Excel skills (Employee data reports, formulas, V-Lookups, pivot tables, multiple currencies, analysis, data consolidation)
Strong project management skills (experience planning, creating detailed project plans and running projects with cross-functional teams)
Exposure to executive compensation considered an asset
Exposure to job evaluation/levelling, salary range development and benchmarking considered an asset
Strong attention to detail with track-record of delivering polished and accurate work
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion – and handle sensitive information
