ATS Scientific Products is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join the team!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform duties to process domestic and international customer orders for sales territories in an accurate and timely manner, maintain effective customer relations and assist customer by resolving problems. Order processing cycle includes, but not limited to, purchase order review, accurate and efficient order entry, acknowledgments, order and shipment status, order cancellations, payment tracking, price discrepancies, order troubleshooting, and responding to phone calls circulated through the phone queue. Daily review of open order reports to ensure “On-Time In Full” performance targets are met. Collaborate with sales, manufacturing, accounting, shipping and other departments to ensure best customer experience.
As needed, additional responsibilities may include supporting the commercial team with sales analysis, creating sales quotes, distribute and follow up on customer surveys and other general sales support projects. This role will also be responsible for international customer support and other training as needed.
