The Role
As a Contract Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll be responsible for the successful delivery of the marine training portfolio whilst continuing to develop our marine training offerings.
Day to day, you’ll work with the Head of Marine Training to successfully deliver the Hunter Training Project training programme in support of the client.
• Manage cost, time and quality whilst adhering to the contract
• Manage the resource and output of a multi-tasked training delivery team
• Identifying, planning and delivering improvements in our current delivery approach
• Attend contract meetings
This role is Full Time and will be based at HMS Collingwood with some home working and travel
Essential experience of the Contract Manager
• Previous experience of managing contracts to deliver successful outcomes
• Project management experience
• People management skills
• Financial management including P&L
• Knowledge of training and DSAT principles a bonus but not essential
Qualifications for the Contract Manager
• Relevant project management qualification beneficial
• HND / HNC or equivalent qualified in a relevant subject
