The role
As an Assistant Buyer, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will support procurement activities in our Through Life Equipment Support business unit within our Land sector relating to vehicle, MRO Spares and sub-contracts.
Day to day, you will compile information from multiple sources into central databases for the purposes of forwarding data to internal and external stakeholders.
This role is a 26 Week FTC at 37 hours per week. It is adaptable and can be based at various sites, including Andover, Hampshire or Donnington, Shropshire sites.
Agile working may be available to employees in some instances, applying the principles of fairness and consistency whilst ensuring that the overriding business needs can be appropriately met.
