The role
As a Facility Support Engineer, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll be delivering enablement activities to ensure the delivery of Radioactive Waste Management (RWM) operations in support of radioactive waste collection, characterisation, processing, and consignment off site.
Day to day, you’ll ensure RWM operations and waste disposal activities are fully enabled through planning, preparation, management, monitoring, and progress reporting.
This is to ensure that the planned activities authorised by the RWM can be fully implemented and completed within set deadlines in accordance with company values and behaviours.
This role is full time, 36 hours based on site at Devonport Royal Dockyard.
