The role
As a Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll provide advice and undertake health and safety audits and inspections to identify non-compliance and feedback to line managers, gain agreement to a programme of improvements to ensure & maintain strong Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) performance.
Day-to-day, you’ll provide HSE advice and guidance to line management on working practices and arrangements to ensure that work activities are undertaken safely and in compliance with company arrangements and applicable legislation.
This position involves manual work. This could include lifting, bending, using tools or standing for extended periods of time.
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and is adaptable and can be delivered from various locations including Warrington, Cheshire or Fleswick, Cumbria or Preston, Lancashire and provides hybrid working arrangements.
