ROTATING DAY SHIFT PATTERN; 6-2 AND 2-10 (WHICH COMES WITH A SHIFT ALLOWANCE ON TOP OF BASIC SALARY)

RESPONSIBILITIES
The IC Chemist Intern will assist in the industrialization of new processes and new formulae coming from the Research & Development laboratory and Process development plant.
Your main focus :
- Support the IC Chemist with manufacture of assigned Pilot Batches and conducting of filling trials, providing detailed reports and samples for relevant testing.
- Become competent in conducting safety assessments, Result Analysis, and Failure Mode & Effects Analysis for new formula/products from conception to industrial pilots.
- Take part in the Colour match lab batches and pilot bulk and support the factory in matching Production batches.
- Partner with key functions- Process development and Manufacturing to continuously improve manufacturing methods.
- Partner closely with IC Chemist to learn and develop understanding of key day to day tasks.

The team consists of Chemists, Senior Chemists and Master Data Manager who you will work closely together with several departments such as Manufacturing and Process Development. Together with all your colleagues in the Quality Dept will work as the team to solve problems, drive initiative launches and harbor a can do attitude.
YOU ARE A COTY FIT

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Has good knowledge of a wide range of formulation types.
- Competent user of Microsoft Office.
- Capable of building and managing relationships with both internal staff and external partners.
- Flexible, has ability to multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-starter with strong analytical skill and strong attention to detail.
