SUPPLY PLANNER- FIXED TERM CONTRACT 12 MONTHS

We are Coty Luxury UKI and we are recruiting for one of our Supply planning roles in an exciting supply chain that sits in the UK market office based in Wimbledon.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Supply Chain Planner is the primary supply chain contact for all new product launches & base stock availability. The role is key to driving market readiness and supporting excellent in-store execution & availability.
Your main focus:
- Act as a change agent to proactively evolve ways of working on new launches and promotions. Delivering best in class performance whilst enabling the growth agenda of the business.
- Drive sell in performance whilst supporting sell out ambitions. Working collaboratively with the business to reduce risk and minimize wastage.
- Drive continuous improvements, performing Root cause analysis to identify trends and drive systemic improvements.
- Perform market readiness checks through critical path management on Initiatives and promotions.
- Monitor and enable allocations to deliver business needs whilst preventing cannibalization through risk mitigation.
- Develop and co-ordinate local rework and customization solutions.
The team consists of Supply Planners, and you will work closely together with several departments such as Marketing, Sales and Global Lifecycle. All your colleagues are inclusive & welcoming and supportive of teammates whilst having an excellent knowledge of the business with good business drive. Working in the team, you will have the opportunity for exposure to all levels of management and will be able to drive and implement change to processes and deliver results.

We regularly have Supply Chain nights out which are usually based around an activity such as Darts (flight Club) Electric Shuffle which is always great fun with a level of healthy competition, team’s drinks and a bite to eat!’.
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You are self- confident with a ‘can do’ attitude and come with a solid grounding on all aspects of supply chain. As an experienced Supply Planner, you like to work in a team, and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment. Other than that, you:
- Have market planning experience with similar complexity of product lines
- Are an effective communicator with a demonstrated ability to relate to people at all levels from a variety of backgrounds
- Have Analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Are fully proficient in standard IT packages, advanced Excel user essential for the role and are able to quickly pick up the use of internal planning systems
- Are able to effectively influence and challenge internal and external contacts
- Are able to work with autonomy and manage own workload effectively
- Have proven collaboration and communication skills to drive performance and reduce costs.
