Your purpose
We're in search of a Director of Marketing Strategy, Digital, and Operations to join our Burton/Hybrid team.
This role is pivotal in enhancing our strategic portfolio planning, with a keen focus on aligning strategy with business governance (Integrated Business Planning). You'll drive the IBP process within Marketing, conducting thorough analysis to identify opportunities and vulnerabilities in our portfolio strategy and ensuring decisions are aligned with our portfolio ambitions, as well as driving a digital first mindset and capability within the marketing team.
