Reporting to Quality Lead, Quality Assurance team member will have a proactive and positive approach, and be flexible, reliable, and accountable. You should be able to work as part of a small team championing quality within our site while ensuring all elements of compliance every step of the way. Previous experience in a similar QA role and/or auditor experience is an advantage.

• Review data analysis, data trending, project and test coordination, and product and material specification management
• Incoming inspection to purchased components aligned with both drawing and specification
• Assist in inspection support, line side
• Complete document revisions
• Initiate / complete quality systems
• Raise and follow-up CA&PA actions to completion
• Participate in method / equipment validations and method product activities
• Support non-laboratory QC functions
• Oversee data analysis
• Monitor data trending
• Conduct project testing, material inspection and specification checks.
• Validate method / equipment and method projects activities
• Carry out Customer returns / inspection and fault finding
• Carry out calibration equipment
• Previous experience in QA/Technical role, preferably in manufacturing or engineering
• Maths & English GCSE
• Computer literacy background – SAP & MS Office (Minimum)
• Focused approach to customers both internal & external
• Attention to detail - Ensure records and applicable test criteria are kept up to date
• Technical Inspection criteria is fully met and recorded
