Specific Responsibilities
The Instrument Technician position is a key role within the offshore organisation. The Instrument Technician will be responsible for carrying out defined platform based workscopes and tasks as directed by the Operations Supervisor Maintenance (OSM).
This role will be primarily responsible for the following:
- Operate and maintain all facility and life-support equipment
- Carries out isolations and plant preparation in accordance with company procedures
- Maintain tools, test equipment and workshop equipment to a high standard
- Assist in the training and mentoring of apprentices and new technicians
- Perform designated role within the Emergency Response Team
- Take ownership for progression of annual goals within A Game
- Drive continuous individual improvement by ensuring training and competency levels are maintained to the expected level for the job role and assignment
Qualifications & Experience
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:
