The Maintenance Systems Coordinator II coordinates and plans schedule of corrective and preventive maintenance for equipment, machinery, tools in SAP PM. Studies production and operation schedules and confers with other staff and with maintenance supervisors to determine when planned maintenance will least interfere with operation of establishment. 4-7 years of experience.
This role will be primarily responsible for the following:
• Review and process maintenance notifications; notify teams of priority notifications
• Support scheduling efforts of work orders as required
• Maintain documentation and steward work orders through multiple teams and systems
• Coordinate with Emissions Foreman, Maintenance Foremen, Technicians, Management, and others to accomplish goals
• Create and Close out work orders as requested by employees and contractors
• Generate work order reports (scheduled, backlog, partially closed, orders on hold, etc.)
• Track and report deadlines associated with work orders and PMs
• Maintain and distribute Maintenance work schedules
• Participate in Apache Safety Programs
• Maintain CMMS system for Production Operations Team
• Schedule Work Orders in SAP PM
• Participate in Management of Change program to ensure modifications on equipment are documented and approved prior to releasing a work order to a schedule
