PURPOSE STATEMENT
Work independently and as part of a team on necessary tasks in support of the Highway division. Key individual will be able to support, identify and report solutions for creating efficiency.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Must be pursuing a college degree in a related field High School Diploma or equivalent GED required Good computer skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Email System. Work requires professional written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Must be comfortable and confident working in a fast-paced, dead-line driven, stressful environment. Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency.
COMPENSATION
In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Rich’s”), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.
Annual Range/Hourly Rate
$15.00 - $22.00
