As a Finance Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in our financial operations, ensuring seamless transactions and processes that support our mission to improve intimate healthcare.
The role -
- Preparation and meticulous calculation of month-end journals to uphold financial accuracy and compliance standards.
- Lead control testing for our tax framework, collaborating with departments to enhance operational efficiencies continually.
- Maintain the integrity of invoice workflows, guaranteeing prompt and accurate payments while fostering positive vendor relationships.
- Manage company credit card balances and analyse monthly KPIs to support timely balance clearance and financial stability.
- Facilitate ad-hoc payment requests, including partnership salaries and complimentary items, with precision and attention to detail.
- Interpret capacity cost data to identify trends and variances, informing strategic decision-making processes.
- Oversee data archiving procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and support internal and external audits seamlessly.
- Complete and submit national statistic forms promptly and accurately, contributing to our commitment to transparent reporting.
- Handle bank transactions with diligence and accuracy, ensuring all cash and cheque payments are recorded effectively.
We are seeking individuals who are eager to pursue professional accountancy qualifications (AAT, ACCA, CIMA), showcasing a dedication to personal and professional growth – you do not need to be qualified already to apply! Proficiency in MS Excel is a must, as you'll utilise advanced skills to extract insights and optimise financial processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment. You should be self-motivated and organised, taking ownership and accountability for your workload.
