Salary: up to £60,000 dependant on experience
Shift Pattern: Week 1: (6 days) Monday to Saturday, Week 2: (4 days) Tuesday to Friday (degree of flexibility with this working pattern)
Hours of Work: Week 1: 6am – 3pm, Week 2: 9am – 6pm
Are you an Engineering Reliability Manager, Maintenance Manager or Engineering Team Manager at the top of your game, with experience of working in a manufacturing environment and looking to progress or up for a new challenge?
Due to continued growth and investment, we are looking for an Engineering Reliability Manager to support our Manufacturing operation, supporting our Maintenance programme, shift teams and our Asset Care Lead.
Working alongside the Engineering Manager and as part of our Manufacturing management team, you’ll engage and motivate a skilled team of multi-skilled engineering colleagues with a team of approximately 8 direct reports, utilising root cause analysis to identify and prioritise corrective actions alongside the execution of a planned maintenance programme.
