JOB PURPOSE
THIS ROLE IS A 14 MONTHS FIXED TERM CONTRACT
In this role will provide operational oversight of our internal right to work processes ensuring they facilitate compliance to local legislation. You will also be a key support with other compliance activities across several key HR processes via the pro-active monitoring of adherence to agreed controls.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for maintaining and providing operational oversight across our end-to-end immigration and right to work processes
Monitor agreed controls and communicate identified opportunities to stakeholders
Manage our third-party immigration vendors to ensure we are cost-effectively utilising them and providing a first class service to the business
You will lead continuous improvement activities to identify opportunities to enhance compliance and improve colleague experience
Maintain strong risk management controls in line with legislation and compliance requirements UK Visa Applications
You will be required to keep abreast of new and changing legislation/regulations that will have an impact on the immigration landscape
PERSONAL PROFILE
Do you have practical experience working on right to work or immigration processes OR associated compliance
Are you familiar with documenting HR processes and development of appropriate control frameworks
Are you a self-starter who will pro-actively identify and capitalise on improvement opportunities
Can you influence colleagues at all levels of the business
Have you effectively partnered with third party service providers
Are you able to prioritise workload based on level of urgency and importance
Do you have experience in a global organisation
