JOB PURPOSE
The Senior Designer, Beauty Popups & Activation Architecture role is pivotal in our design studio, focusing on creating innovative architectural and interior design concepts specifically for beauty product pop-ups in collaboration with Coty. This niche role ensures each pop-up effectively communicates the brand identity and business rationale, offering opportunities to work globally across diverse creative functions within the beauty industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead design teams in creating immersive retail environments, specializing in Beauty and Eyewear sectors.
- Develop concepts, manage projects from ideation to delivery, and ensure alignment with brand vision.
- Provide creative direction, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage vendor relationships.
- Oversee visual merchandising strategy and coordinate pop-up activations and events. Stay updated on industry trends and integrate insights into future projects.
JOB PROFILE
- Extensive experience in luxury retail architectural design, particularly in beauty architecture, including pop-ups and activations.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or interior design.
- Proficiency in Vectorworks, Autocad, and Photoshop.
- Strong creative design sensibility and confident perspective.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
- Skilled in creating compelling visual presentations, mood boards, and managing multiple projects within a fast-paced environment.
