Job Description Summary
The Sr. Customer Business Manager, Walmart Inc., will be responsible for achieving key company objectives including sales, volume, market share and profit. The position will involve the day-to-day management of both Walmart and Sam’s Club businesses in Deli and Dairy. This position will have a high degree of autonomy and accountability for the development of the customer. The Sr. Customer Business Manager has responsibility to achieve our volume and net sales targets, and stay within the Trade Spending Guidelines. Responsibility includes cross-functional communication with Bel Team to create robust customer plans, collaborating with Sr. Business Development Analyst to manage orders, forecasting, and D&D expense controls. The Sr. Customer Business Manager will provide key information to the Director of Sales, Walmart Inc as well as senior management to ensure short-term objectives are met.

Working Conditions: Work is performed largely in a field environment. Hours of work will generally be during regular business hours with at least 40 hours a week. At times there will be some variation in work hours due to, special projects, deadlines and other concerns and the regional manager must be willing to put in the extra time & efforts to manage expectations. Up to 60% business travel is required, with a minimum of nine (5) days per month working retail.
