Based from our Global headquarters in 55 Baker Street, our Residential Research team are hiring for a candidate at Associate level to work in our Global Living Sectors team. Research covering Living Sectors is a key growth area for the business and this role will be directly involved in providing support for Knight Frank’s expansion of Living Sectors services lines into different global markets more broadly.

Responsibilities
Working within Knight Frank’s market leading Residential Research team, you will be responsible for delivering a broad range of market research and thought leadership outputs, primarily covering the Living Sectors markets. You will be responsible for advancing the quality and insights contained within our public facing research, together with ensuring that our clients and prospective clients are directly exposed to our market knowledge. You will be skilled at sourcing, managing and interpreting data and creating narratives that go beyond the data to highlight implications for real estate occupiers, developers and investors. You will be a core contributor to Knight Frank’s Living Sectors Research team and will lead on the production of a suite of global outputs and helping to present the findings both internally and externally. You will contribute market insights and intelligence to the wider team to support client engagement.
