Scope
Based in our Global HQ at Baker Street, the Residential Marketing & Communications team provides support and assistance for Knight Frank offices, in formulating and implementing the relevant strategies and marketing campaigns.
Direct Mail plays an essential role in developing leads for the business, so this is a pivotal role within the Residential Marketing Team. You will be highly skilled at planning and running campaigns and delivering results, insights and recommendations, ideally within direct mail marketing.
Relationship management and influencing skills are a key requirement of this role. It’s important that any potential candidate is comfortable working within a fast-paced and ever-changing environment and thrives on daily challenges.
Responsibilities
- Support the Digital Marketing Manager in delivering the Email Marketing Strategy across the Residential and Commercial business.
- Manage the email calendar and briefing process, engaging with internal stakeholders on scheduling and upcoming activity.
- Support in the planning, delivery and reporting of BAU email marketing campaigns, owning the end-to-end campaign execution process.
- Support in the design and creation of visually engaging email marketing templates
- Work with the Digital Marketing Manager and Strategic Content Lead in BAU email content planning and creation
- Identify customer segment needs, preferences, and trends, and use this information to contribute to the development of email programs
- Optimise automated customer journeys and trigger campaigns to increase engagement and customer loyalty
- Be the brand guardian, ensuring all email campaigns adhere to visual guidelines and promote coherent messaging and tone of voice.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Run A/B tests, managing a testing calendar, to optimise email content, subject lines and CTAs
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience with ESPs [Dotdigital would be advantageous]
- Proven track record in creating and executing successful email marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Creative thinking and ability to contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms
- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Communications, or Business
- Experience within the Real Estate industry would be advantageous
