Scope
Based in our Global HQ at Baker Street, the Marketing and Communications team provides support and assistance for both UK and International Knight Frank offices, in formulating and implementing the relevant strategies and marketing campaigns. Our role is to maximise omnichannel brand impressions that protects and enhance our firm’s reputation while generating high quality commercial and residential enquiries, globally.
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, this role will sit in the Channels Marketing team, and support in the delivery of the email marketing strategy. Strong project management skills are vital, as is the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships across teams. The role will require a deep understanding of email marketing tactics, along with familiarity with other digital marketing channels.
Responsibilities
- Support the Digital Marketing Manager in delivering the Email Marketing Strategy across the Residential and Commercial business.
- Manage the email calendar and briefing process, engaging with internal stakeholders on scheduling and upcoming activity.
- Support in the planning, delivery and reporting of BAU email marketing campaigns, owning the end-to-end campaign execution process.
- Support in the design and creation of visually engaging email marketing templates
- Work with the Digital Marketing Manager and Strategic Content Lead in BAU email content planning and creation
- Identify customer segment needs, preferences, and trends, and use this information to contribute to the development of email programs
- Optimise automated customer journeys and trigger campaigns to increase engagement and customer loyalty
- Be the brand guardian, ensuring all email campaigns adhere to visual guidelines and promote coherent messaging and tone of voice.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Run A/B tests, managing a testing calendar, to optimise email content, subject lines and CTAs
Professional experience and personal skills profile
- Previous experience with ESPs [Dotdigital would be advantageous]
- Proven track record in creating and executing successful email marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Communications, or Business-
- Experience within the Real Estate industry would be advantageous

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Creative thinking and ability to contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns
- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
