The Job You Will Perform:
The Red River High School Internship is a 12-week program for Red River High School students that have attended the International Paper Manufacturing Classes during their senior year. The program will include a 4-week rotation in each of the mills three operating areas. Interns will be expected to complete the following:
- Participate in internship preparation activities in class or on site
- Understand and commit to completing their learning agreements for each assigned area of the facility
- Arrange transportation to and from the workplace (e.g., self, parent, or other)
- Be punctual and carry out assigned work
- Ask questions of workplace supervisors
- Comply with all workplace rules
- Complete individual reflection assignments
- Complete evaluations at the end of their internships
The Skills You Will Bring:
- HS Diploma from the Red River High School
- Strong work ethic and integrity
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Office applications
